Sakyrco 8 is located just 400m from the Limassol sea front. The old town and the Marina are found no more than 15 mins walking away. The building consists of four floors.There are 6 2-bedroom flats and 1 4-bedroom flat which was actually two flats being connected after client request before the project had started. This building will be thermally insulated and will be constructed using first quality materials and italian kitchens. It is the first building designed by Architect Kyros Lontos for our company and we are fully satisfied. It has been given the nickname ‘the jewel’ as it is the most striking building in the neighborhood Our next projects aim to follow the same line with slight improvements wherever possible.
