About Us:
Sakyrco Construction is an established construction company operating from 1991 delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Cyprus, based in Limassol. We are classified as class A contractors and we are seeking an experienced and driven Site Engineer to join our team and lead on-site operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site activities
- Lead and coordinate workers, trades, and subcontractors
- Measure, verify, and certify work completed by subcontractors
- Plan, order, and manage delivery of materials on-site
- Organize and allocate workforce efficiently on a daily basis
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Ensure high standards of quality in all construction works
- Enforce and maintain strict health & safety procedures on-site.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively
- Experience in measurement and evaluation of construction works
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site regulations
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
