Since its establishment in 1991, SAKYRCO CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT LTD has grown rapidly and earned a strong position in Cyprus’s construction sector.

We hold a First-Class Building License and have completed a wide range of major developments, including tourist villages, hotels, universities, joint ventures, luxury residences, cinemas, bowling centers, and industrial facilities. In recent years, we’ve focused on delivering highly technical and specialized projects.

Our mission is ongoing growth—achieved through consistently high-quality work, strict adherence to timelines, and continuous improvement of our client relationships.

Looking ahead, we aim to further expand our technical expertise, supported by strategic collaborations with international partners experienced in complex, specialized projects.

The company holds a First-Class Building License and has successfully undertaken and completed major developments, including tourist villages, hotels, universities, joint ventures, mansions, cinemas, bowling alleys, factories, schools, and residential apartments.

Additionally, the company specializes in technical projects. These include football fields, desalination plants, waste loading stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and biological stations, among others.

Our goal is continuous growth by maintaining high project quality, strictly adhering to timelines, and consistently improving our relationships with clients.
